Health Access
When we meet people where they are, without judgment or barriers, we can restore health access to people lost to care. GLIDE’s health access programs focus on physical, mental, and behavioral health needs, with radical inclusion at the heart of everything we do.
Health Empowerment & Access Team (HEAT)
HEAT provides HIV, Hepatitis C, and STI testing, safe supply access services, and low-threshold MOUD treatment. The team also connects participants to case management, overdose prevention education, and contingency management, integrating community outreach and partnerships with street medicine teams for holistic, whole-person care.
